Jon Croft Editions is a publishing company with over 45 years experience of creating high quality cookery books. From the early days of discovering and publishing Keith Floyd in 1981 to launching Tom Kerridge on his way to national treasure status and bestselling author.  

We pride ourselves in being able to publish books for all seasons and for every purpose. Whatever the vision, we will come up with a publishing model that will work and will be wonderful.
